Who this is for

Leaders who are accountable for what happens next

This is not executive education. It is working advisory for leaders who have been told — or already know — that their AI posture is a strategic liability.

CEO / President

AI is now your mandate, not your CTO's. Own the strategy before the board demands an accounting.

Board Member

Ask the right questions. Evaluate management's AI claims against a framework, not instinct.

COO

Your operations are the implementation surface. Build the culture and change architecture that makes adoption real.

CFO / Strategy Lead

Approve AI investments with a framework for outcomes, not vendor enthusiasm. Govern what gets funded.

The framework

Built for how executives actually operate

Not a course. Not a cohort. A structured advisory engagement that produces real decisions, a defensible strategy, and a leadership team that can execute.

I
Executive AI Readiness Assessment

An honest audit of where your leadership team, culture, data, and governance actually stand — before any investment is made. Gaps surfaced. No flattery.

II
Outcomes-First Strategy Design

Define business outcomes before evaluating tools or vendors. Most organizations do this backwards. We reverse it — forcing ROI clarity before a single dollar is committed.

III
AI-Ready Culture & Change Architecture

A culture that can actually absorb AI requires deliberate design at the executive layer first. We build the signals, norms, and operating model your organization will follow.

IV
Tool & Vendor Evaluation Framework

A structured lens for assessing AI tools against your specific use cases — not vendor demos, not hype cycles. Decisions grounded in your actual operating context.

V
Board-Level Readiness Narrative

Leave with a clear, defensible AI strategy you can present to your board, investors, and leadership team. Confidence backed by structure, not talking points.

VI
90-Day Execution Blueprint

A sequenced roadmap with owners, milestones, and decision gates. Built to move — not to sit in a slide deck until the next strategy offsite.

The engagement

From gap to boardroom-ready in 30 days.

A structured, time-bounded engagement. You know exactly what you're getting and when. No open-ended retainers. No deliverable drift.

Days 1–3

Intake & Diagnostic

Deep-dive interview with you and up to two key leadership stakeholders. We map your current AI posture, existing initiatives, board expectations, and where the real gaps live.

Days 4–10

Readiness Assessment

Structured evaluation across five dimensions: leadership alignment, data & infrastructure, culture & workforce readiness, governance, and use-case pipeline. Written findings delivered by Day 10.

Days 11–21

Strategy & Framework Build

Outcomes-first AI strategy built around your business — not a template. Tool evaluation framework, vendor criteria, and cultural change architecture designed for your org structure.

Days 22–30

Blueprint & Board Narrative

Final 90-day execution blueprint with sequenced milestones, owners, and decision gates. Board-ready AI narrative you can present with confidence. Live working session to walk through everything.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you engage

How is this different from hiring a big consulting firm to do our AI strategy?

Large firms send a senior partner to sell the work, then hand it to a team of analysts you've never met. The thinking you're paying for gets diluted before it reaches you. This engagement is different by design — you work directly with a senior practitioner from intake to delivery, and the strategy is built around your business, not adapted from a template. You also get a fixed fee and a fixed timeline. No billable hour surprises, no scope drift, no 200-page deck that sits unread until the next planning cycle.

We already have some AI initiatives underway. Is this still relevant?

Often more relevant. Most organizations running AI initiatives are doing so without a clear outcomes framework, without defined ownership, and without a coherent view of how the pieces fit together. The Readiness Assessment is specifically designed to diagnose exactly that — where you have real momentum versus where you have the appearance of progress. If your pilots aren't converting to enterprise-wide impact, that's a leadership and governance problem, not a technology problem. That's what we fix.

What do we actually walk away with at the end of 30 days?

Five concrete deliverables, all owned by you permanently: a written AI Readiness Assessment documenting your current state across five dimensions; an Outcomes-First AI Strategy aligned to your specific business priorities; a Tool & Vendor Evaluation Framework you can use independently going forward; a 90-Day Execution Blueprint with sequenced milestones, owners, and decision gates; and a Board-Ready AI Narrative you can present with confidence. Everything is written, structured, and handed over — not locked in a consultant's head or dependent on ongoing access to us.

How much of our team's time does this require?

We've designed the engagement to be light on your calendar by intention — executives don't have 10 hours a week to give a consultant. For the Solo Executive engagement, expect roughly 4–5 hours of your time across the full 30 days: the initial intake session, one or two working sessions during the strategy build, and the final delivery walkthrough. For the Leadership Trio and Full C-Suite tiers, individual executive time stays similar — the additional time is in the cross-functional alignment sessions, which are structured and facilitated so they don't sprawl.

What happens after the engagement ends — is there ongoing support?

Every engagement includes a period of async Q&A access after delivery — 30, 45, or 60 days depending on your tier — so you're not left alone the moment the blueprint lands. Beyond that, we don't push retainers or ongoing advisory as a default. Some clients continue working with us as they move into implementation; others take the strategy and execute independently. What matters is that you leave with everything you need to move without us. If continued support becomes relevant, we'll have that conversation honestly and on your terms.

We already have a Chief AI Officer — or a Head of Innovation. Do we still need this?

Possibly the most common situation we encounter — and one of the most useful applications of this engagement. A Chief AI Officer or Head of Innovation is responsible for execution. What this engagement addresses is executive alignment above that layer: whether the C-suite and board are asking the right questions, whether strategy is being set at the leadership level rather than delegated entirely to a single internal champion, and whether the organization has a coherent framework that the CAIO is executing against — or just a mandate with no guardrails. Many CAIOs have told us privately that the biggest obstacle to their work is the absence of genuine executive conviction at the top. This engagement fixes that. It also gives your innovation leader something to point to when they need air cover.
